*~History of the ford mustang~*

well here is a short history lesson on the ford mustang.

So people weren't ever all that interested in the Mustang until they managed to pack 30 mpg and 300 horsepower into the 2011 V-6 model? Or maybe you've always been a fan, but wish you knew a bit more trivia about America's first pony car?well the mustang was named after the legendary p-51 mustang fighter plane from world war 2.But many people still think that the car was name after a horse. However the boss at ford, R. H. Maguire ,didn't want an airplane emblem to appear on the car so they settled on the horse instead. The mustang prototype was the first class mustang to wear the horse as a emblem . Later the company ford started to make different types of car so they wanted to make a better mustang so in 1965 the company stared to make the first Shelby cobra mustang. People weren't interested in the cobra until advertisement were made to sell the car. Then in the late 1970 the car had sold over 50,000 it was more cars sold than the ford company expected. Wow that's a lot of cars.
So now you know a little bit more about the first pony car .

Teen Self And The Media

Teen self image also known as body image, which is the way they internally picture themselves, can be a major ordeal particularly during adolescence.Sometimes this causes them to under appreciate their own abilities and interests. This is very bad because some times teen end up hurt because they starve them selfs to get skiny and sometime end up taking drugs to get the body they want and they end up dead. There was a time when being thin was a sign of being in poverty, strickness, and of poor health.  People with genuine low self esteem tend to treat themselves badly not other people. In the 1980’s there was a movement to raise self esteem in schools in the belief that this would stop bullies bullying and prevent future crime in society. But peer reviewed research has shown schools trying to raise self esteem don’t prevent bullies from bullying because low self esteem wasn’t causing them to bully they are just trying to be cool.
